Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University is a young one established in the year 2014 just two years back but the journey has been phenomenal so far. CRSU, Jind has made her mark in a state of 13 government universities. Formerly known as Kurukshetra University Post Graduate Regional Center started functioning in 2007 as an extended department for PG courses in Management and Computer Applications. By the year 2012, more than thirteen courses were offered by the university at Post Graduate level.

With the vision to develop the spirit of entrepreneurship among students to make our country International Employment Hub, CRSU came into existence. Students of this campus participate in many extracurricular activities whether sports activities, cultural events, or making people aware of the environment through planting trees on several occasions. University boasts of its sports amenities like its newly developed Advance Shooting Range Facility or Adventurous Sports Facilities.

Vice-Chancellor, Maj. Gen. (Dr.) Ranjeet Singh is a dynamic personality having organized workshops in more than 250 educational organizations on varied topics like women empowerment, girl education, tree plantation & water harvesting, technology promotion in rural areas, and so on.

For this session 2021, admission at Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University has begun for most of the faculties. The Director of Higher Education, Haryana has authorized CRSU for conducting counseling for admission of B.Ed. Now all 524 B.Ed colleges of the state, will be under the scanner of the Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University. This initiative was taken to raise the quality education standards in higher education. University will release the B.Ed 2021 notification at any point in time soon. The course procedure will be as per the new norms of NCTE.

B.Ed registrations are open for Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University. B.Ed admissions in CRSU would be confirmed for all the NCTE approved colleges in Haryana state after the counseling procedure.
